Bissell-Hayes has supported many non-profit organizations within the
community for over 30 years. We have made a company commitment to support the Arts & Science
Council, Habitat for Humanity of Charlotte and United Way of the Carolinas for many years. Working
as a team to raise funds to support these organizations is important to Bissell-Hayes because
we have a deep commitment to making life better in our community. In addition to helping these
organizations, our agents and staff also volunteer their time with numerous other non-profit organizations.

Provides basic, affordable home ownership to people of limited resources who demonstrate a commitment to Habitat's philosophy
of home ownership. They also build partnerships between communities in need, as well as work to eliminate poverty in Charlotte.
Bissell-Hayes and the Bissell Family of Companies have raised
enough funds to build two houses in past years and had a wonderful time working together to make the
dreams of two families come true.

United Way of Central Carolinas, Inc. is a local and regional partnership of service recipients, which raises and distributes
funds to strengthen the community and individual's ability to care for one another. United Way funding supports a wide
variety of services that address the critical areas of preparing children to succeed, promoting health and wellness, strengthening
youth and families, increasing self-sufficiency, and helping people live independently.

The Arts & Science Council is a non-profit group responsible for the education of children and the
enjoyment of all residents in the arts and sciences. The Council plans, oversees, and funds those programs that ensure a
vibrant and culturally diverse community. Each year, Bissell-Hayes participates in the annual fund-raising drive and we are
proud to have contributed thousands of dollars that add to the overall success of our community.
