Known as NASCAR Country, Cabarrus County is located a half-hour northeast of Charlotte and is easily accessible from I-85 & Interstate 40 (only 20 miles north), and the I-485 beltway around Charlotte. I-485 offers easy access to Cabarrus County communities. You have the option of using the Concord Regional Airport, the state's 4th busiest commuter airport, or Charlotte-Douglas International Airport.

There are four incorporated communities within Cabarrus County, including Concord (2nd fastest growing city in the state), Harrisburg, Kannapolis and Mount Pleasant. This county has seen an explosion of growth in population and new construction over the past few years. You will find homes in all price ranges for new construction, as well as well-established neighborhoods, historical homes and rural acreage.

Cabarrus County is home to Lowe's Motor Speedway, attracting hundreds of thousands of racing fans to the track, as well as to the numerous NASCAR race shops and motorsport museums.
